What are the suggested travel details?

Airport: Orlando International Airport

Arriving Flights – Flights should arrive at Orlando International Airport prior to noon on May 19, 2025. Onboard no later than 3:00 pm (ET).

 

Departing Flights – schedule return flights on May 25, 2025, after 1:00 pm (ET).

Port Canaveral – The pier is approximately 50 miles from Orlando International Airport and is not included in your cruise fare.

*Post airport transfers can be requested onboard the ship.

Can I interact with the Legends while on board my fan cruise?

We will have scheduled events throughout the cruise where you can interact and meet the Legends. Undoubtedly, you will see Legends on and off the ship throughout the day. We ask you to respect them and allow them their privacy.

Can I bring my own Falcons items to get autographed?

Due to the limited amount of time scheduled for the autograph session(s) we ask that fans present one (1) item for an autograph. Legends pictures will be available during the autograph session to use in place of a private item.

Can I take pictures and videos of the Legends?

There will be several opportunities to have pictures taken with the Legends during the cruise. However, we ask that guests refrain from taking photos and videos when the Legends participate in group sessions and private conversations.

Will I receive a schedule of performances and activities?

We will use an event app dedicated to the Falcons Fan Cruise 2025. All Fans will receive an invitation to join and participate in communicating with each other and detailed agenda/itinerary notifications.

What is the difference between the Falcons Fan Cruise event app and the Royal Caribbean Cruise app?

The event app is specific to the Falcons Fan Cruise 2025 event and provides updates to the events and activities as well as information specific to your Fan Experience. The Royal Caribbean app is used for check-in and to personalize your cruise experience. You can scan your passport, take a security photo, submit a request for a specific arrival time, and answer the health questions for faster boarding. Both apps will need to be downloaded separately.

Am I guaranteed to see all Falcons Fan Cruise events?

The Fan Experience is unique and includes VIP Legends and fan interaction events. When needed, the events will be repeated to be sure everyone enjoys the experience.

Are there payment plan options?

Every Falcons fan can afford this once in a lifetime experience. Choose between making a full payment at booking creation, or by using our convenient monthly installment payments (payment plan details vary and will be displayed on the checkout page).

 

We are excited to introduce Flex Pay to your options for payment of the Falcons Fan Cruise. The Flex Pay calculator is displayed when the category/stateroom is selected.

Where do I purchase Trip Protection?

Seaside Events strongly recommends you purchase travel protection to cover your Falcons Fan Cruise experience, as unforeseen issues may arise causing you to cancel participation. Seaside Events has partnered with Travel Insured to offer you their comprehensive travel insurance plans. The policy provides high quality coverage and superior customer care for our Falcons Fan Cruise guests. The insurance plan is available to purchase during the check-out process from the Book Now option.

 

When can I access my Royal Caribbean booking number?

All Falcons Fan Cruise guests will receive their Royal Caribbean reservation number via email approximately 90 days before departure along with instructions to download the Royal Caribbean app for personalizing your cruise experience and to complete your online check in.

I am traveling with an infant/toddler. Do I still need to pay the total price for them?

Yes, according to the guidelines issued by Royal Caribbean, all passengers, regardless of age, must pay for participation.

Is there an age requirement?

Passengers under 21 must travel in the same stateroom with a guest 25 or older (before departure).

What is the cancellation policy?

In the event Guest cancels their Falcons Fan Cruise for any reason, previously submitted Guest payments will be refunded based on the cancelation schedule outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Will this cruise count towards Crown & Anchor membership?

Your loyalty number should be entered during the pre-boarding registration on the Royal Caribbean app.

What is the dress code throughout the cruise?

There will be 1 formal evening suggested attire is “Casual Chic.” The remaining nights will be Cruise Casual. No shorts or bathing suits are permitted in the dining room after 5 pm. We will coordinate special theme nights, and details for attire will be communicated to the guests. Visit Royal Caribbean FAQ for further details.

What is Perfect Day at Coco Cay?

Perfect Day at CocoCay is a private destination exclusively for Royal Caribbean guests, located in The Bahamas. You will find endless ways to chill out and enjoy beautiful beaches and pristine water, plus thrilling experiences like the incredible Thrill Water Park, zip line, and every water sport you can imagine.

How can I request accessible accommodation?

Limited inventory of wheelchair accessible staterooms is not publicly offered, as they are held specifically for Fans with disabilities. To request an accessible stateroom, Royal Caribbean requires the guests to acknowledge the need for the ADA stateroom by completing a Guest Special Needs form. If you or someone in your stateroom require accommodations, please complete, and email the Accessibility Form to cruisesupport@seasideevents.net. We will contact you with the options for ADA staterooms based on your needs. *Note: Although you are not required to provide information about the extent of your disability, the more information we have the better we can accommodate your specific need.

 

Is there accessible seating available through the ship?

The Seating Assistance for Entry (SAFE) is a seating assignment program in the main theater, for guests with mobility issues, such as those who use wheelchairs or using a scooter. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/experience/accessible-cruising

Are there wheelchairs or scooters on the Utopia of the Seas for daily use?

Royal Caribbean offers wheelchair assistance for boarding and disembarkation only. If there is a need for full-time use, bring or rent the equipment needed. For further information, CALL SeaSide Events Concierge Team (561) 444-0061.

Will Royal Caribbean accommodate guests with medical or dietary requirements?

Royal Caribbean makes every effort to accommodate requirements whenever possible. Vegetarian meals are available on all menus in the Dining Room and Windjammer Cafe daily. Food allergies, gluten-free, kosher, low-fat, low-sodium, lactose-free/soy milk, ensure, and kosher meals are available at no extra charge; however, you must advise the SeaSide Events Concierge Team by sending an email to cruisesupport@seasideevents.net or call (561) 444-0061 no later than December 1, 2024. Royal Caribbean has a limited supply of extension cords, Sharps containers and distilled water to assist guests with medical needs. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/resources/guest-special-needs

Is there licensed medical staff onboard?

Yes, each ship has a fully licensed doctor and nurses onboard. In addition, the onboard medical facilities are staffed and have equipment established by the American College of Emergency Physicians Cruise Ship & Maritime Medicine Section. Services received from the medical team will incur charges to your shipboard account. They do not accept medical insurance onboard as payment; however, you should file a claim with the travel protection insurance carrier.

What are the restrictions surrounding pregnancy?

Royal Caribbean cannot accept guests who will be more than 23 weeks pregnant during the cruise. The onboard medical facility is not equipped with an Obstetrician/Gynecologist onboard, or equipment needed for prenatal care.

Will I need a passport to board the cruise ship?

A valid passport (not expiring within 6 months of return) is highly recommended for ALL guests, regardless of age. NOTE: Passport cards, Real IDs or any other form of documentation other than what is listed above are not admissible for entrance on the ship. In the case of an emergency situation and you need to use a flight from an international port, a passport is required.

What documentation is needed when traveling with children, not my own?

When traveling with children other than your own, you must present a notarized letter signed by the child’s parents granting guardianship and permission for their child to travel out of the country with you. The same applies if you share custody of the child/children – the parent, not traveling, must provide a notarized letter granting permission for the traveling parent to take the child/children out of the country.
